Mirko Sangrigoli

From Sicily to London.

Mirko Sangrigoli is an Italian composer, guitarist, drummer and pianist based in London. Originally from Santa Venerina in Sicily, he grew up with his father’s drums and went on to explore guitar, piano, bass and voice. He moved to London in 2014, where his work spans original releases, session recording and soundtrack composition.

His four solo piano albums — Z, Foehn, From Anything Concrete and Singularity — form The Piano Works: Vol. I–IV. Together, they follow an emotional journey through memory, loss and change, with the piano at the centre of the music.

Released on 9 May 2026, Zone of Intermittent Yearning Images brings together guitars, drums, keyboards and vocals, with Natalie Barnett also featuring on vocals. Mirko performs and mixes the album; Andres Mayo handles mastering. A companion A5 book collects its lyrics and artwork.

His collaborations include guitar and drums on Clive Nolan’s Song of the Winter Throne and Imaginaerium’s The Siege, guitar on Clive Nolan’s The Mortal Light, and choir vocals on Song of the Wildlands. He welcomes enquiries for guitar, drum and piano recording, with the sound and scope agreed around each project.
