For eligible overseas digital purchases, Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record. The payment page identifies the legal seller and provides its transaction terms and support details. UK digital purchases and physical goods are sold directly by forge-z.

Placing an order

Choose a release, check its format and quantity, and select your delivery country where applicable. You can change these before continuing to Stripe. Review the final order and delivery option before pressing the payment button. Checkout is in English. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges for physical goods are shown before payment. The final amount and any applicable tax are displayed at checkout. The store operator is not UK VAT registered.

An order is confirmed once payment is verified. Keep your order confirmation and payment receipt. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and refund the unavailable items.

Delivery and cancellations

Physical orders are normally dispatched within two working days. Read the delivery, cancellation and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Digital albums

The downloadable album is supplied as a ZIP containing MP3 audio files. You need an internet connection, space to save the download, a ZIP extraction tool and an MP3-compatible player. These are music files for personal listening; buying them does not transfer copyright or permission to distribute, resell or commercially use the recordings.

Where immediate delivery is offered, we ask for your express agreement to start the download supply immediately and your acknowledgement that your 14-day cancellation right ends once supply begins. Without that agreement, immediate digital checkout is unavailable. Your rights if the files are faulty, unavailable or not as described remain.

Download access is provided after verified payment. The private download link lasts 24 hours; save a personal backup of the downloaded files. Email us with your receipt if you need help accessing a purchase.

Digital checkout is available only for the billing countries listed before payment. UK purchases require a UK billing address. Overseas purchases use Managed Payments only in countries where Stripe handles digital tax. If the billing address entered at payment is outside the selected route, no download is supplied and any completed payment is refunded.

Recording enquiries

Session recording enquiries are requests for a quote. Scope, delivery dates, revisions, usage rights and payment terms are agreed separately before recording work starts.
