Who is responsible

forge-z operates this music website. For privacy questions, write to 82 Rosebank Gardens, London E3 5EF, United Kingdom or email contacts@mirkosangrigoli.co.uk. The separate Pizzicato app privacy policy is retained for that app.

Orders and enquiries

We use the information you provide to answer enquiries, arrange recording work, process music orders and provide support. This is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, fulfil the contract and meet applicable accounting obligations. We retain relevant correspondence and transaction records as needed for those purposes and to deal with disputes.

Stripe collects your payment details and the contact, billing and delivery information needed for checkout. Our payment system stores order references, products, payment status, totals and refund records; it does not store your card number. Delivery and customer support may require us to access the order details held by Stripe.

Optional usage statistics

With your permission, we count daily page views, purchase-button clicks and email-link clicks. These counts do not identify visitors and are not confirmed sales or enquiries. We do not send visitor identifiers, IP addresses, referral URLs or query strings to our statistics database. Daily usage records are kept for up to 90 days.

Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. You can change it using “Usage statistics preferences” in the footer. Declining does not stop you browsing or buying music. Payment records are separate from optional usage statistics.

Services that help run the site

Cloudflare hosts the website, forwards contact emails and stores private album files. Google Cloud runs the payment and statistics API; Neon hosts its database. These services may process technical connection and security information, including IP addresses, under their own service policies. Email sent to the contact address is forwarded to the owner’s Gmail mailbox.

Stripe processes payments under its privacy policy. Service providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable transfer safeguards.

Music and video players

Spotify and YouTube players load only when you choose to load them. Their providers then receive connection information and may use cookies or similar technology under their own privacy policies. External social and music links take you to the relevant provider’s website.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us about your personal information, request access or correction, and ask for deletion or restriction where applicable. You may also have rights to object or receive a portable copy. We may need to retain information required by law. You can withdraw statistics consent at any time using the footer control.

Order confirmations

Resend sends transactional confirmations using your email address, order details and private order link. Confirmation messages include a saved copy of your accepted terms. Email open and link tracking are disabled. Keep private order links to yourself.
