Dispatch and delivery

We ship CDs and books worldwide to the countries available at checkout. Physical orders are normally dispatched within two working days. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Delivery charges depend on your country, quantity and delivery service. The available options and total are shown before payment. Dispatch time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time; international delivery and customs clearance can take longer. If an order has not arrived, contact us with your receipt so we can help.

Unless we agree a different delivery date with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days. If we cannot meet this, we will contact you to agree a new date or arrange a refund. Orders delivered outside the UK may attract import taxes or customs charges payable to the destination authorities or carrier.

Changing your mind

For eligible physical purchases, tell us you want to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Email contacts@mirkosangrigoli.co.uk with your name, order reference and the items you want to return. You can also send a clear cancellation statement by post; no special form is required.

Return items to forge-z, 82 Rosebank Gardens, London E3 5EF, United Kingdom. You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. Keep proof of posting. Sealed CDs that have been unsealed are excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right; this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

We refund eligible cancellations within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund includes the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option where the whole order is cancelled. We can deduct a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is missing or does not match its description, contact us promptly. We will arrange the appropriate remedy under your consumer rights, including any necessary return costs. This policy does not restrict those rights.

Digital downloads

No postage applies to downloads. Digital supply begins after verified payment and your express request for immediate delivery. The change-of-mind cancellation right ends when supply begins only if you have also acknowledged losing that right. Faulty or misdescribed content remains covered by your consumer rights.
